Marin: speaks

Marin the Sailor is starting to speak. 😅

The new Runway feature 'Characters' lets you explore what happens when a character like Marin moves beyond image and animation into conversation.

The idea is simple: what if a child doesn’t just watch Marin, but can talk with him? 💡

For me, that opens interesting new layers between storytelling, ocean education, and character world-building.

Of course still early. Still an experiment.

And yes, the same technology could just as well power a customer care agent trained to answer simple product questions. And so on..

So, "what’s your favorite sea creature?" 😁
